I also received...Anne your comfrey is beautiful ! <br /> I also received a comfrey root this spring because of you Anne ! I had just felt so inspired to use this herb since you mentioned it so often .Then a friend gave me a big root early early spring . I planted it . He had told me to plant it on its own because comfrey grows up big .Yes it does ! Wow I've got a bog plant arriving up now after all our rain . I am hoping to make an herbal bath with it . <br /> I had no idea they were trying to make it illegal there . The gov does this here too with herbs like lobelia etc. My friend told me that comfrey is excellent for compost and really really great for animal feed ! so it must be true if that info is known by rural peoples all the way from Canada to Aus. <br /> I love your pics Anne .
